Papa John's in Fredericksburg

“I believe they have switched to a bottled tomato base sauce instead of their usual signature sauce that I had 2 years ago and that made all the difference to the pizza by lifting the flavor to a whole new level. This sauce was more on the sweeter side, I didn’t like it very much. I ordered a 16” Garden Vegetable pizza that includes complementary garlic oil, banana peppers. One can also ask for condiments like red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and spice mix sachets.“

“The customer service is AMAZING! When I travel I use the app on my phone to find the nearest Papa John's. I forgot to change my location to the local Papa John's so when I ordered and paid using the app I didn't realize it was for a different location I had recently used that was 250 miles away. When I went to pick it up they were awesome! Even though my order was ready at the other location they cancelled it and remade my order at my local store. They stores were not running the same specials but the employee at my local store carefully substituted similar offers so that my bill would come out to be the same amount. They went above and beyond expectations to help me out!“
