I'm not sure if most of the bad reviews were of a past management or if I just got lucky....but I had an amazing delivery experience. My order time said almost an hour, and they got it there in half that. They followed all my delivery instructions, and my order was correct. Not much else I can ask for ordering from a Papa John's.
