The twice cooked pork belly with fermented black beans and the shrimp with wood ear mushrooms and snow peas made for a derply satsfying lunch. Our server was pleasant and provided A+ service. The Peter Chang enterprise is consistently good wherever one finds it.

Peter Chang's is a must stop whenever we're in town. We did take out on this occasion, but enjoy their dining experience too. Can't get enough of the cilantro fish rolls or hot and numbing tofu skin!
