Have been here a few times, and the atmosphere is cool and menu is great. However, service is considerably slow and my pho has come out lukewarm multiple occasions. Not worth it for the price given other options in the city
Pho Lucus is amazing! I love the people that work here. They are so amazing and welcoming. Ella is my absolute favorite! And the food and drink is 100/10. Would definitely recommend.
We have fantastic Vietnamese food in the RVA area. If Pho Luca hasn’t been on your list yet get your hind parts there asap! Great flavors and what a great experience with staff and service. Busy? Yes. A bit of a wait on food? Just a bit. Polite, attentive and warm friendly service? Absolutely!
