I have dined at other Phô stands in RVA, but none has the colorful setting or genuinely excited staff like this place.
Both the phô and Bahm Mi were fresh and wonderful.
The ambience and food together combined to make this an experience - more than just a bowl of noodles. Highest recommendation.
Good service and friendly staff. Food was awesome we’ll go back there again
