Ordered my pizza at 9:07pm it is now 12:18am I had to send hungry kids and a pissed off wife to bed because of such poor delivery time I was also cussed by one of your employees and my pizza still isn't here, this has been an on going problem with he staple mills location, last time my order was 3 hours late and the drive was high as gas prices and smelled strongly of marijuana, and gave me back the wrong change, I love pizza hut but at this point y'all are going to lose yet...read full review

Horrible service. Never got my order. Never get to talk over the phone to find out what is going on with an order. 2 ,5 hours later my husband went over to cancel the order. Person who works there didn’t even hesitate, didn’t apologize, NOTHING!!!! All he said, I got you. No, you do not! You kept me on hold on a phone for more than 30min and never even attempted to talk to me.
