I've eaten at this Popeyes location many times over the past few years, and it's been a 50/50 gamble each time. 50% of the time the service has been absolutely horrible: I've waited anywhere from 20-45 minutes(!) for my order, I've been given the wrong food, they ALWAYS forget the sauces I ordered... it's bad on a regular basis. However: 50% of the time the food is absolutely incredible. I've had fried chicken at some of the most highly rated restaurants...

Ordered online about 10 minutes before I showed up (I was next door at Walmart). I came through the drive through, said I had a mobile order, and was asked to pull forward to wait.
After about 10 minutes, the guy came out and asked me what I ordered. I told him, and still had to wait another 10-15 min for my food.

Went to Popeyes Aug 31st to purchase a chicken sandwich combo for my son. A gentleman greeted me when I walked in from behind the counter and advised he’d be right with me. When he began to take my order he apologized for not taking my order right away and stated he was filling a previous request. He then took my order, read it back twice..and engaged in respectful dialogue with me all at the same time. He was so very kind.. so pleasant.. suggested a different sauce for my sandwich...
