Placed an order for pickup today. Store opens at 11am. Was there at 12:15pm, store was dark, door locked, no one there. Nice. So glad I drove 20 minutes to get there and paid for parking, for no reason.

Worst cookie ever in my life, The cookie felt like stale and it’s 5$ a cookie not worth it at all. I ordered chocolate chip but there nothing in it, there is no 0 rating that is why I gave one star, never going again

Amazing smells, that have the taste to match! We tried the snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, and oreo cookies. All of them were a hit, and I highly recommend this place!

We came in on the late end of the night and Sarah and Gabby were the sweetest angels in the world. As someone who has worked in customer service industry for 5+ years, these girls need a raise!!!!! Immediately!! They provided the most genuine experience and made sure we were all taken care of to the best degree. They were so thoughtful and accommodated our food allergies and questions. They met every expectation and went beyond. Would rate Gabby and Sarah 100 stars if I could.

These things should come with a warning label! My husband and I almost hurt ourselves eating these cookies so fast lol. We had them delivered to the hotel we're staying in for the weekend and they were still nice and warm when we got them. We shouldn't have bought a dozen because now we're going to have to restrain from eating them all tonight lol.
