The food is delicious, however if I were rating it, I would give it 3.75 out of 5 stars. I go into eating here knowing that it’s expensive and being OK with that, but I do have a problem with there being an automatic 20% gratuity put onto my bill and an additional 3% for credit cards. So that $25 vegan Pho is really a $31 dish. I’m going to tip 20% anyway, but let that be up to me.
Came here again after a year hiatus for no particular reason then it’s a little pricey. Had family in town and wanted to show off a great place for Pho, Vietnamese food, and tea. Service was lack luster especially with how few customers the place had, but we have experienced that there and around Richmond before. The appetizers and tea were good as before. I received the wrong meal, was told it was MY mistake and I would have to pay for it, or my server would. The manager refused to speak to me & I never received the meal I ordered. Very disappointing.
