I normally LOVE shake shack but this location is not it. I tried to defend them as much as I could. I ordered a single with fries yesterday, and man… that burger was awful. Dry, over salted, the tomatoes were sad. Fries were also very sad and soggy. They don’t even care, and I doubt they’ll make it.

Another good hamburger, fries and shake shop in the Richmond area. The burgers are a sort of smash burger that is well cooked crispy on the edges. I bought only sigle patties but that was enough I think. The shakes were old school thick and creamy. The fries were not the highlight. But nice reminder of crinkle cut potato fries of old. Nothing like the oh so juicy fries from five guys. I liked Shake Shack and will be back back.

Skimp on the condiments; 1 small tomato, 1 pickle but my burger was pretty good.. however my strawberry lemonade was very watered down on arrival & being that I had it yesterday at the Virginia Beach location it was very noticeable. Other then that I overheard the managers having a meeting with an employee about expectations and changing the fryer grease so I would say they are trying to get it together ??

Ordered two double shackburgers and they were burnt, like well done. I never selected well done. If this is normal cooked, then what is well done, like burnt beyond being edible? On top of that, the burger was extremely salty, and there was no option to remove salt in the ordering app that I could see. Why can you remove salt on the fries but not the burger? That seems absurd. Why is there such an obsession with American cooking and salt, and when it’s added, it’s heavy handed? Whoever cooked and prepared these burgers needs to go back and learn how to cook. This was my first time and was disappointed. Might be my last time. If I could get a refund I would.

We ordered from this shake shack few times before. We got shroom burgers, plain and cheese fries, milkshake yesterday for takeout. Plain fries were missing in our order. And the cheese fries were cold. The fries tasted dry and were like frozen fries you get in the grocery stores…also they do not have many choices in milkshakes.. just chocolate milkshake. The quality and taste of shake shacks in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts area is quite good compared to the one we have here.

Horrible. Placed a huge order for my team and the food was nasty. Nothing labeled. Everything thrown into a bag. The Korean BBQ burger was missing the BBQ. The Korean BBQ fries seasoning was dumped on the top.
