This place didn't even smell like food. And that was a plus I hate it when the place smells like french fries or the oil. All of the food that I had was amazing. Right now they have a pistachio Dubai chocolate shake that is amazing! That's my first time to ever go to a shake shack and I would definitely go back!

Milkshakes were delicious, we ordered strawberries, chocolate, and mango; cucumber basil soda was quite refreshing. What I really like this place is outdoor seating area was open and large, very good for carrying conversation.

Glenda at the drive-thru took our order and was the most personable human being that I have ever run into in the city of Richmond Virginia and I've lived here for my entire 52 years. This lady doesn't need to be working, is age enough that she should be able to be retired comfortably, yet and still she's out here on the grind hustling and shuffling like the rest of us and she makes it look easy.
