Shyndigz customer service goes above and beyond and they really stand behind the product the serve. If something isn’t right they will fix it and I really appreciate how they strive the present the best quality product and take criticism constructively.

Been a regular here for years. Just went into the brand new space yesterday and it’s stunning. The set up and choices are awesome. Definitely one of my favorite places in Richmond. They are AWESOME!

Don't let your eyes fool you! 😂 Presentation is lovely but the desserts were meh and my sister's beverage was tepid by her standards. Very crowded and busy when there but wonderful vibe and eclectic offerings from gardening to deli items. Staff are warm and welcoming.
