I live outside Richmond and Smallcakes of Richmond made it easy to surprise my friend Cynthia with a delicious vegan cake, mini cupcakes for her dog Jonathan and his siblings, and a beautiful birthday card. Their thoughtful service ( Philip, big thank you) made the celebration extra special. Highly recommend! 🧁🎂🐾
