Really great pork ribs here. The sauce was tasty but honestly the ribs were so flavorful on their own I didn’t feel the need to use much. Tasty sides as well. Highly recommend

If you like good smoked ribs. This is the place. Mac and cheese was awesome and the collards. I had to eat some before a review since It was my first experience. Now I have to go back. The process in smoking meats takes time, and these are tender some ribs I tell you. You have to try it. Wayyyyy better than oak and apple on Main Street. Sauce is vinegary like Carolina. I must try the brisket and pulled pork this week. Mmm I can’t wait… went for the award winning...
