Poor customer service. Ordered a black coffee and when I walked back up to ask for cream the associate tried to ignore me. Then asked another associate to speak with me. Then other spoke as if I was bothering them by wanting cream. I will avoid this location.
I got a gingerbread chai latte with a croissant this morning. It came out fast and delicious! I especially appreciated the friendly customer service. Justin helped me at the register and was so kind and genuine.
I ran in this morning for a quick coffee. Super warm and inviting environment with fast and very kind service. Justin was very helpful in explaining the holiday flavors and even offered some recommendations.
