They have horrible customer service. They "Do Not Have to Help My people" is wat an employee said to me. Because of this store n how they Feel about "my people" I will Never step foot in a Starbucks again..

The drink tasted great, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere were nice. Definitely one of the best Starbucks in RVA.
