In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

This Starbucks store is my favorite because of the people here so nice, Rachel, Lilian, Victoria, Nicole. This Starbucks is on my way to my work. Coffee is the same in every Starbucks store but people make the difference. I get my morning coffee everyday from here on my to my work. I order 15-20 minutes in advance. Usually my coffee is ready. My family was on the road traveling, and we stopped here to clean up our toddler and get her lunch. I wish I got their names, but this afternoon (well, I guess yesterday by now, writing this after midnight) we had the sweetest staff go above and beyond to make things so much easier for us!
