Bless the baristas at this location. I came in this morning and accidentally spilled my entire fresh coffee all over the counter and floor. The staff was all so kind and re-assuring. I would have full on started to cry if it wasn’t for their kindness. They fixed me a new drink on the spot and still left me walking out with a smile. So much gratitude 🖤
This location is very slow getting drinks out even with 7 employees working.
Drinks were not hot, just warm.
My husband's coffee lid was not on tight and it came off, when he picked it up, burning his hand and spilling on the floor. The store made a new coffee for him but never cleaned up the coffee all over the floor.
We will not return to this location.

There were 4 baristas which anyone in the store could tell was not enough.
These ladies did a phenomenal job maintaining a positive demeanor, professionalism, and ability to get folks’ orders out as quickly as possible.
Everyone working was doing everything...
