I don't understand why they have promotions running on the radio in the city of Richmond and not one Subway in the whole City carries the deal the five dollar footlong when you buy 2

Great sandwich today!! Perfect BMT made fresh and with a smile!! BUT, the restaurant was ridiculously loud, with music way to young to enjoy while eating. Should have gotten it to go...

Amazing service! My sub was superb and the CSR (young black girl with the glasses and braids) was an absolute delight to be serviced by. Thanks guys! I dined inside and my sub was superb! Perfectly made as I requested and that hasn't been the case in quite a while.
