Walked in here and never laughed or smiled so much in all my experiences at Subway. Just from this visit, I can tell they know their regulars and do their best to memorize orders. I appreciate the positive attitude seen from all staff and even got a random discount for joining in on their fun. Wish I could always visit, but sadly I live in Chester. :(

This particular experience at the village shopping center Subway was not great, but also not the norm. The team was short staffed, but making a valiant effort at being courteous and swiftly work through a growing backlog of sandwiches. This is a small location, near UofR. The lunch crowd is a mix of students, University folk and lots of construction/trades workers and it is an extremely friendly space. I wouldn't really write a review for a fast food place, and it's Subway, you know what you are getting. The staff here however is some of the most friendly staff in a Subway that I have ever met. Wonderful people, great food.
