My dad was a baker and would bring jelly donuts home and they were delicious. I have tried jelly donuts from the chain donut shops and other local bakeries in NY and VA but the best jelly donut I've ever eaten (sorry dad) were from Sugar Shack. Huge and packed with raspberry jelly.
I had pre-ordered some doughnuts and bagged coffee. I was hoping that it still had its nostalgic feelings and taste to it. I was not disappointed but I don't know if it's because of the small location or if I just took too long to pick them up but the doughnuts were lukewarm.
Somehow doesn’t have powdered donuts, how can you be a donut place without that, what a joke. Only gave five stars because I don’t want to put a local place out of business but Jesus Christ get some powdered donuts
