The staff is exceptional and I definitely do appreciate their customer service each and every time that I go to Sugar Shack. On my most recent visit I was able to purchase several donuts for which I've been able to share with my co-workers and they enjoyed it. I think the staff and I look forward to my next visit
My dad was a baker and would bring jelly donuts home and they were delicious. I have tried jelly donuts from the chain donut shops and other local bakeries in NY and VA but the best jelly donut I've ever eaten (sorry dad) were from Sugar Shack. Huge and packed with raspberry jelly.
