Good food. Visited out of town rude employees.
I love the non dairy options. The customer service is usually awful but the good ice cream cancels it out for me each time. 🤣
They need training, they treat you as if you ordering bothers them. No smiles no greeting just tilted heads and attitude.
One lady was so dismissive to us and had the nerve to make us wait while she trained two girls on milkshakes. We were like hello and she literally ignored my husband. 🤭

The Sweet Spot serves amazing ice cream! Their red velvet cake ice cream is to die for. They even offer different flavors for their cones, which I’ve never seen at any other place. I also love that they serve coffee and other hot drinks- what a great combination!
