Gabrianna and Santi were amazing on out first visit to this very nice place. Gabrianna was very patient and gave us great advice on what food to try. Our dishes and drinks were delicious and the service was superb. We highly recommend this place in downtown Richmond.

I am so sad to rate like this but, at the end people need to know the fact. By seeing the five star rating, I got Milk Taro Boba Tea and Shinobu hot drink but it is not as expected. I ordered 100% sweet but I don’t know it was not sweet at all and the hot drink was just like hot water with a little lychee flavor, anyway they could be so much better thats why i rated one star
Place is clean, organized, and the staff are very friendly. The guy working the register was kind and quick with my order too, props to Andrew. Will definitely come again.
