The food is amazing and the boba is great too. Honestly I go for the amazing street food, it’s fresh and the sauces are so yummy. Their service is beyond exceptional. My boyfriend lost his AirPods there and didn’t realize until after closing. We gave them a call and they told us that we could drop by for him to grab them, even after the store was closed, which was beyond kind. The management and staff are so hard working and genuine which makes me eager to support their business. We highly recommend!

Perfect place for a relaxing bit of caffeine and sugar! The drinks are wonderful and the staff is so helpful! Their menu is large and the staff are experts at navigating it; don’t hesitate to ask for advice!
Flavorful boba and atmosphere. The tapioca balls are warm and not hard and cold like other places. Definitely worth stopping by if you're craving for boba. I love this place and wish I lived closer.

This place is unfortunately located too close to me so it's taking too much of my money lol. I get the jasmine milk tea each time. The boba is always cooked well and the tea is never powdery. I tried the onigiri (shrimp tempura and baked salmon) for the first time, and it was okay. It was decently sized, but still overpriced. I wouldn't recommend the shrimp tempura one since there's only one shrimp tempura in it, so it's mainly rice. The baked salmon was alright, but both onigiri were cold. They also provide complimentary spicy mayo in to-go containers, but they put way too little in each container. Of course, this place prioritizes its boba over its food, so I wouldn't let the aforementioned dissuade you from trying it out!

As I walk inside am accompanied by two lovely ladies It was hard to choose what to get since everything is pretty much good since I have one back at home. Needlessly to say, this is an amazing Teados and will definitely coming back when I visit Richmond again !!

I have been here on multiple occasions and have enjoyed a new drink each time. The location offers a wide variety of drinks, warm onigiri, takoyaki, and chicken katsu. The onigiri comes with spicy mayo (without an extra charge), which tastes delicious. Moreover, the prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is better than expected of a boba shop. Additionally, the atmosphere is very relaxing and calm, as they consistently play popular music such as the song, "Midsummer Madness," by 88rising, Joji, Richbrain, etc. The majority of the customers seem to be college students, which makes it a prime spot to study while grabbing a drink and warm food. I will definitely be coming here again and would recommend this boba shop to others! Might be controversial, but this boba place is better than Kungfu Tea. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Sorry if you disagree.Parking: The street parking consists of toll meters. Some of the nearby meters are broken so you'll have to pay via the app.
