We randomly spotted this place yesterday and decided to go there for lunch.My husband and I both lived in Shanghai for 11 years and the city has many great Japanese restaurants. I enjoyed a nice bowl of spicy miso ramen while in Richmond briefly. The server was friendly and attentive. The food came quickly and parking was easy to find even in a busy location.The broth has a good depth of flavor and was actually served piping hot, as it should be! A small corner restaurant with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. I’ve eaten here numerous times, often making a point to try dishes I haven’t previously had, and not once have I been disappointed. Each and every dish has been utterly delicious, and with hearty portions that fill you right up. All in all, I highly recommend a visit here; I’m always looking forward to my next one.
