TeaDo RVA offers amazing food, great boba, and exceptional service. The fresh street food with yummy sauces is a must-try, especially the Chicken Kaarage and Shrimp Onigri. The warm tapioca balls in the flavorful boba set it apart from other places, and they are soft and very flavorful.
