Tropicabana is a lively spot that offers an exciting experience, with great DJs and talented performers like Raulin Rodriguez. The staff, including waitresses and bartenders, provide excellent service. However, the atmosphere and service can vary depending on individual experiences. Some customers have reported issues with overcharging, particularly if they don't speak Spanish, and have had to deal with unusual requirements like kissing a bouncer's ring to gain entry. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a fun place to visit, especially for those who enjoy live music and a lively atmosphere.
