I’m a pretty frequent orderer of tropical smoothie cafe and this location hasn’t let me down when I’ve made a mobile order. I make customizations to my food + smoothie and they are always implemented!! It can be really disappointing when something is missing so I just wanted to say kudos to this location’s staff for always being on point.

I see some negative reviews here but I have yet to have a negative experience!

I placed my order via the app as I pulled into the parking lot. Pickup time was 15 min later. I walked into store and my order was ready in less than 5 min. Precious was upbeat and greeted me with enthusiasm as I walked through the door.

Young lady assisted me with choosing a different smoothie after the shop was supposedly out of peanut butter. Smoothie finished in less than 5 minutes. Left happy. It’s an understaffed location, they’re trying their best. Place looked clean. Bathrooms could use some work.
