Raised prices, only allow "all the way" passed 12 because it apparently takes too long to squeeze some sauce into a sandwich or add a piece of already prepared lettuce. Service takes forever and the employers are very rude. If it takes too much time to make a sandwich when you know it's going to be busy late night.... THEN HIRE MORE STAFF TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT!!! NOT WHAT YOU ALL NEED
Where have I been? I visited for the first time yesterday, and the Italian on baguette was a really great sandwich. This place has fresh meats and really good bread. Going again and would recommend for office meals, etc.

Definitely one of my go to places in Richmond. Every sandwich I have ordered tastes amazing and there are many to choose from as well as different drink and snack options. The cowboy is my favorite!
