Had an issue with a mobile order - a disconnect between the app and the in store processing. Manager on duty morning of 5/12 handled it beautifully. I was on the phone with the app customer service and before I could get it figured out on my end she had it resolved on their end. I thanked her tremendously. I know brick and mortar locations of ANY fast food with an app have no control over what happens with the app itself so she went above and beyond to get it handled for me. Appreciate...

Staff were great. Food was fine it’s basic Wendy’s expectations. However, Wendy’s or the franchise owner need to renovate this place. It is like 1980s old and looks pretty bad especially for the area.
