“We dropped in on a random Monday around lunch. Had the chicken dinner and catfish. Every bite was so so good. Seasoned and cooked perfectly! The service was amazing as well. They really take care to treat you right and make amazing food. This is our go to spot in Martinsville now.“

“I waited 22 minutes for my order pulled to side of Parking lot, needless to say there we're 3 others vehicles wait as well, after abt 22 I went inside to see of my order, Said they gave my order to another person! And so I continued to wait and after 5 minutes I'm still waiting ? So I just requested my money back, and they said No No mask we're getting order ready now! They gave me extra side for the waiting time! When I made it home, I got my food out and the damn biscuits were not done!! Still doughy in the middle! I'll never go back there ever!! Very disappointed and displeasing!!“

“I don't go to KFC often because you can never tell how the food is going to be. I previously reviewed as one to two stars. I just left from there from drive-thru. The lady checking my order was a sweet young girl who was very informative and nice. My fries weren't great but they were okay, my famous bowls were fresh and good. Maybe they've made some changes with staff? Not sure but definitely a more pleasurable experience this time than I have had previous. Keep it up KFC!“
