I have been going to this shop for a couple of years…. But lately I’ve noticed just how dirty it is.Ice cream running down display case, filth on floor where you stand to pay, the carpet is gross…I want to support small businesses but… cleanliness says a lot about a place

I love this place, it’s easily the best place in Roanoke to get ice cream. I have been coming here since I’ve been a toddler. The owner of this establishment has genuinely watched me grow up. I’m in my 20s now. I moved away from the area and recently came back and the same owner still recognizes me after all these years - he’s a great guy and really deserves your business. All of his employees are also great.

Bratchers ice cream 🍨🍦 is the best ice cream around! 💯😁 But,not only does he have the best ice cream,he also has awesome hot dog's 🌭 so if you're looking for a really nice light meal,you might want to check out Bratchers is delicious!! Yes,I totally recommend this place 💯
