The manager is wonderful very nice usually my food is good but my fries were cold and hard I asked the man nicely could he remake them he argued me down like um if I remake them it won’t be a difference he had a snobby attitude definitely should t be working customer service especially when I was respectfully smh he had a lip piercing.

I no longer live in this area but was at the hospital today and decided to hit the drive thru on the way home. I will admit that the last few times I've stopped (many months ago) would've been a star or 2 lower on the food side but tonight at 8:40 pm they were ON!!! Ramona was very personable and upsold me to a combo (I really wanted a Coke but tried to resist LOL). And we were both laughing the whole time while I was paying. The food was spot on too ... hot burger and...

We travel along and like a few things from Burger King's menu. We find Burger King as a hit or miss option. More times than not the places appear to be mismanaged, and it is to take a LONG time to get your food after arriving even when you place the order 15-20 mins ahead of time on their app.
