Every time I visit Chick-fil-A, I’m greeted with a warm smile and upbeat attitude—it’s honestly refreshing. The staff is always polite, helpful, and genuinely seem happy to be there. If only every fast food restaurant operated with the same values and customer service standards. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food place I trust and feel good about eating at. Consistently great service and food. Keep it up! 👏🍗“

“I assume this is the location at Valley View Mall. If so, it's small with limited seating but the service is excellent, the staff is friendly and my food was delivered fast and hot. I had to sit at a bench in the Mall because all the booths and tables were filled, but that was the only downside. In addition, it's just a few blocks from the Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport, so it was easy to grab something right out of the airport.“
“I absolutely love Chick-fil-A as much as the next person, but this time was even better than normal. The staff was incredible. I was new to using the Chick-fil-A app, and the lady who was helping me check out was so patient and kind. I was a little nervous about using the app because I didn't want to hold other people up in line, but the cashier was so helpful. The service was so quick. I got my food before I even left the counter! There was another lady who was walking around helping out with some other stuff around the store, and she took my tray for me! I know Chick-fil-A is fast food, but they have by far the best customer service.“
