Chick-fil-A in Roanoke

“This is a nice location, as are all the ones I've visited. The food was great and service fast and friendly. But that's what makes it Chick-fil-A! Google Maps made it a little confusing getting in/out. I was already across the street at the stop light. Maps took me down 220 into the far end of Southern Hills Dr. I figured it out once I arrived and exited at the light.

Parking: It's so busy that you really have to be careful pulling in/out of parking spaces.“

“I have loved visiting this Chick-fil-A recently. The staff are always so kind to me and my kids. It feels like a little family there. The gentleman working the dining room is wonderful. He remembered us when we came back and talks to the kids and is very helpful. Thank you for creating such a great team and loving atmosphere!“

“This is an amazing place to eat, all employees are fantastic, I will say that I didn't see a lot of areas for people with babies or small children , which is not a bad thing , I really felt like I was eating a college hangout with the surroundings.“

“I absolutely love Chick-fil-A as much as the next person, but this time was even better than normal. The staff was incredible. I was new to using the Chick-fil-A app, and the lady who was helping me check out was so patient and kind. I was a little nervous about using the app because I didn't want to hold other people up in line, but the cashier was so helpful. The service was so quick. I got my food before I even left the counter! There was another lady who was walking around helping out with some other stuff around the store, and she took my tray for me! I know Chick-fil-A is fast food, but they have by far the best customer service.“
