Normally don’t leave reviews but your automated services would not put me through to a manager. The lady working the drive thru window for mobile orders”The Queen” needs to be taught hospitality lessons. She’s rude and has no reason to be working with the public. My order was due at 1 for me to take to my wife for her lunch I showed up at 9 min till 1. Now me being me knows it may not be ready and I’ll have to wait a few minutes. No biggie. What is the big problem is...

Overall 4 stars.. but be prepared to go to Jimmy Johns, Panda or Blaze pizza all next door to get a real straw or bring your own from hime/work. They have those crappy paper straws that fall apart with in minutes. Paying $20 a person we should have the option of a plastic or paper straw. Do better.

Big kudos to manager Rob, after watching his professionalism with a difficult customer. Customer had accosted an employee for a basic misunderstanding while preparing her food, and customer was unreasonably upset. Customer walked away with free food, and a freshly made bowl, and still yelled at the employees, manager and other customers.

Hero Rob, properly defended his team members, upheld exceptional professional, and very politely asked the customer to leave....
