“The staff deserves a raise. They were shortstaffed yet every person got a smile when they entered. They would explain that they were shortstaffed and handled everything with Grace. You don’t find this very often. This was on April 6. When I commented to him that I wanted to give them credit for this, he said that the frown will not make things better. And he wants everyone to feel better when they leave.“
