This store charges a card processing. However it’s not disclosed before making a purchase. When I said something to the clerk .. the respond was we’ve had it so long we don’t really tell people. WHAT?!? It should be posted somewhere or something !
They refused to honor a gift card that was recently purchased- pretty sure it’s illegal unless there is fine print on card or expiration date. Don’t understand why they’d rather lose a customer than honor a gift card they got $ for.
I received a $50 gift card and went to use it a few weeks ago at the location in Roanoke and was told that they “switched” systems a few weeks ago and no longer honor gift cards that they sold. The card has no expiration date on it. I’m also not the only one this has happened too. I’m not sure how potential customers are supposed to know they can no longer use it. I also sent an email to management and completely got ignored.
