I've always liked thier subs. Never had any problems till today. Ordered the large brisket sandwich. Almost to the end of my first half and I felt something metallic in my mouth. Pulled out what looked to be a piece from a metal wire scrub pad. I went straight to the counter and showed an employee who brought it to the manager who just smiled. She didn't apologize or say a word just smiled. The employee I brought it to asked if I wanted another sandwich and apologized....

I love this Firehouse subs at Towers ! I usually visit at least once a month . The employees they’re so friendly and kind ! I love their Hook and ladder sub . All of their subs are great . I recently had the opportunity to visit with my son and he said the hook and ladder was “very delicious “

Update: I got sick from the chicken and dumplings soup and was told I would be contacted for resolution. Was not contacted.

The New York Steamer is my favorite sandwich. It comes with corned beef and pastrami. Make sure you review all of the toppings because I don't think you would want it as baseload in my app is with mustard, mayo, and Italian dressing?
