The food at the Tanglewood five guys was excellent overall. The burgers and fries were delicious, the shake was exceptional! The only problem is that I brought two kiddos with me, ages 6 and 8. The 8 year old’s little burger wasn’t in our bag. She walked up and told them, they assured her it would be out immediately. Halfway through the meal, she still didn’t have her burger. Someone jumped in and took my order by mistake. The crew waisted no time at all getting my order remade. Apologizing the entire time. Wonderful customer service here every time. Food is always fresh and made exactly to order. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Everything is amazing about this place the food, the service, the atmosphere. However they serve a TON of fries and there stuff is very greasy. However I don't care Ill eat it anyway, eat here for good food!

Vegetarian options: Some veggie sandwiches.

Dietary restrictions: Greasy but good.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids who like burgers!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in with a wheelchair.
