“Got three of the menu items, all of which were delicious. I suggest the elotes and the chicharron as well as the glori cremas. Incredibly yummy will eat here again.

“Photos do not do justice to what is (for us at least) THE BEST lobster roll we have ever had. Salty’s was a good vendor at Blue Ridge Rock Festival 2022. We hope they are back again in 2023 so we have another opportunity to support and enjoy these amazing food crafts!!!“
“Finally had a chance to check this place out. The fish and Mac&Cheese was amazing!!The collard greens was not really seasoned and had a strange pickle juice flavor. I will definitely go back for more Mac&Cheese and try out their fried chicken.“

Despite being a regular customer, I still find new menu items to explore, which speaks to the variety and creativity in their offerings. The culinary team excels at developing rich, natural flavors without overwhelming the dishes. The standout for me is the brisket—particularly the bark. It’s perfectly seasoned with a balanced smoky and salty profile that enhances rather than masks the quality of the meat. It may very well be the best brisket I’ve ever had. The mac and cheese is also a highlight—undeniably the best in town as a side dish. And for anyone visiting, the Pastrami Reuben is a must-try. The flavor and quality of the pastrami are unmatched, making the sandwich well worth the wait whenever it appears on the menu. In short, this place continues to impress and set the bar high. Outstanding food, consistent execution, and a memorable experience every time. Keep up the great work“
