We had a great experience from front to back! Our server Gwen was knowledgeable & personable, their sommelier helped us pick a delicious bottle of wine, and the food was spot on. Love the modern flare atmosphere as well. We will definitely be back!
This wonderful restaurant fell short on my twentieth visit, and I may need to give it a rest. The fritto misto was missing the artichoke, the branzino was dry and overcooked, but the wines were good and the pizza special was excellent. But you just can't miss so badly on the most expensive main.
Would have preferred to rate it 10 stars. We stopped in Roanoke on our way south and stumbled on Fortunato. We had a pizza and pasta dish, both were absolutely incredible. This meal was better than all of the meals we had in Italy. The service was top notch. 10/10 all around, I wish we didn’t live 1000 miles away! Thanks for an amazing meal.
