Had a small issue with my order this afternoon. The shift lead that took my call at this location was awesome in how she addressed my issue. Take ownership of legit issues, make a plan to address it, the rest is on the customer to understand small things happen and I absolutely understand. But it was the pleasant attitude and addressing the issue with a smile that stood out to me, you just do not find customer service like that anymore! Great job!

Inflationary pricing is making your product too expensive!
The price / value relationship has been exceeded. Your subs are too expensive for the portion sizes of the ingredients of your subs.

Friendly staff, food ready earlier than expected, and consistently good sandwiches.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread and gluten free cookies are some of the best options from chain sandwich shops.
