Came in at 2 PM for the Peanuts Christmas donuts—only 2 of the 4 were available. Two employees told us all would be ready by 3, so we placed a paid online order. Arrived at 3:15 and there were none of the Peanuts donuts and even fewer donuts than before. Employees gave conflicting answers, from “they’re being made now” to “we don’t know if they’ll be ready today.” Front counter staff was dismissive and rude to us (customers that had already paid).
We even came back after 4 PM as a final attempt—still no Peanuts donuts. Through the kitchen window, we saw racks of glazed donuts while customers were being told they were “out,” and even witnessed donuts dropped on the floor and placed back on the tray. The donuts we did get were stale and cold—so much for “fun, fresh, warm.” Huge disappointment.

The only downside to going through the drive thru is there is only one order per vehicle. We would have ordered more but wasn't able to. Also the doughnuts weren't as fresh as I was hoping they would be, but they were still very tasty 😋 🤤

The Hot donut sign was on we stopped and got a dozen regular some 17 bucks and they were ice cold!

Drive thru closed due to short staff? The employee behind the line was not friendly and very slow and refused to make other people's coffee drinks because she was not trained and had been working there two weeks. When I ordered the Halloween dozen she gave me five donuts that were just plain or pumpkin? Didn't realize until I delivered them to the office. The manager and other young lady were very nice.
