TERRIBLE customer service, and we never even made it into the dining room. We waited over 45 mins. for a table, we had 7 ppl in our party. After watching table after table get seated I asked why we were still waiting. Hostess said waiting on a table to leave. Then when a party of 6 came in and were seated we left. ( had a great meal at Carrabba's spent over $ 400 ). I asked to speak to a manager , he said nothing, looked at me like I was from another planet. Never apologized....read full review
