This McDonald was absolutely rude and horrible. The servers refused to help with orders and I was yelled and cursed at for wanting to use cash and not a card. When asked to speak to a manager she refused to speak to anymore who was also there waiting for help. I will never return to this McDonald's I did also call corporate and made a complaint.
I have made a point to not eat at McDonalds for years. I gave it a try this morning. My Mistake. I won't be back.
Don't usually go inside but had a little extra time this visit so I found a seat at a table and proceeded to enjoy my breakfast. Shortly, I noticed employees standing in the doorway greeting customers (some by name), offering refills on drinks, removing empty trays, etc. Nice new hospitality feature! Stop in at the Franklin Road store for a pleasant fast food dining experience!
