Being from the Southwest, I’ve been very impressed by the Mexican food in Roanoke since moving here. Pancho is now one of my favorites. Great menu with lots of authentic options, REALLY good tortilla chips to start the meal, great drink list, and overall great service. I already can’t wait to go back for more. Only thing I’d change: the guacamole was pretty bland, I’d suggest adding more lime, salt, and maybe a bit of roasted jalapeño
Food was very good and was not over cooked
Staff was super friendly check up on us a lot and we got served and seated very quickly.
The people at this establishment know what they are doing and its great! I def recommend for others to come here and try them out.

At first the server wasn't sure about our service dogs- which is never a good sign. But our waiter set her straight- and was a consummate professional.
Overall, I'm not sure I would return.
