I absolutely love this restaurant. The first thing that surprised me was the salmon. it was much bigger than I expected. The pistachio crust was incredibly generous, with plenty of crunchy pistachios covering the fish, and it added amazing flavor and texture. Even the vegetables and side dishes were fresh, well-seasoned, and tasted like they were prepared with care.

We had an absolutely exquisite dining experience last night at Rockfish! The dishes were so inventive and beautifully plated. I ordered the Swordfish on a bed of home milled grits and my friend ordered the pistachio crusted salmon. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server was so attentive and didn’t rush us. They also had a really amazing cocktail menu. I can’t wait to go back!
