Staff does a wonderful job handling the pressure of busy nights. There were people lining up from outside the store, but with 2 people on staff, they did well. It is definitely worth the wait and is by far my favorite ice cream shop in Roanoke! They make an outstanding strawberry ice cream milkshake!
First time trying Rookies, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The ice cream and cookie were amazing, the service was great, and everything lived up to the hype.
The only downside? My pregnant wife now wants it all the time. One visit was all it took, and I’m already making plans for my next trip back. At this rate, I’m pretty sure we’re going to become regulars whether my wallet likes it or not.

Welcoming, clean environment and friendly staff. I was able to sample any of the homemade ice cream before choosing and the ice cream sandwich was delicious! I love that they come in “half size” as well! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a sweet treat! I will be back!
