Sam's Club Cafe

Shout out to Lucas at the Sam's Club in Roanoke for going above and beyond for his excellent customer service! I believe he is one of the managers. I appreciate him helping and treating me like a valued customer. Thanks again Lucas!!! :)

We have had a good experience shopping at Sam’s Club, but dealing with the Cafe is a whole different experience. They are awful. Last year for our son’s birthday we ordered 10 pizzas or so from them. Time for pickup, they lost our order. They made it for free but my sister was late to her nephews birthday party due to waiting for the pizzas. I got over that. Went with my mother who has epilepsy. Employee was asked to turn off strobe light as it was causing a seizure. He was laughing and turned it to a faster speed. My mom ended up screaming and asking him to stop.
We left and the guy decided to chase me down and yell at me for getting him in trouble. I told him behavior has consequences but this behavior in itself was ridiculous.
Is this really the kind of customer service you want to provide?
