Customer service was not that great each time I visited. Drive-thru staff rolled eyes and got irritated when I asked for my receipt. Another time eyes were rolled when I started to check my order. Food was not that great I got two kids meals with cheese burgers... One burger was normal the other one was burnt.. no cheese added and the thin dry mess. Also ordered two hot dogs.. they were not that great either.

How about you update your hours so that delivery drivers don't waste their own time, money, and gas coming from Salem only to find you closed a half hour earlier than advertised. I won't be attempting ANY deliveries from any of your Roanoke locations anytime soon. Always problems..ALWAYS

Car hops were not available because it was raining even though I was parked right by the door. The employee asked numerous times for me to repeat our order and still got it all wrong. And to top it all off, the food was cold!
Slowest fast food ever. If you are a fan of Sonic’s and have been spoiled by how fast they are in the Midwest just don’t go here. They are terrible. 30 minute wait time for one hamburger meal. Workers just hanging out on their phones.Both burger and tots were cold. Not warm not hot truly cold.

Omg the worst everything.....out tater tots and onion rings were hard and dry as been laying in warmer light something rubber.. burgers were wrong toppings...and milk shakes was milk and cool whip couldn't tell the flavors I ordered 2 chocolate and 2 strawberry omg between 4 ppl none of knew what the hell flavor was what... just a poor staffing and job
